This document is a starting template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It must be checked against Qatari law and your actual practices before the site goes live.
Quotations are based on the inspection carried out and the information you provide. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was inspected or described, we will tell you before continuing and agree any change with you first.
You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be treated at the agreed time, and to complete any preparation we ask for in advance. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, a call-out charge may apply.
You must follow the preparation and re-entry instructions given by the technician, including keeping people and pets out of treated areas for the stated period. Tell us in advance about pregnancy, allergies, respiratory conditions, aquariums or any sensitivity so we can plan the treatment appropriately.
Payment terms are as stated on your quotation or invoice. For commercial contracts, the agreed schedule applies.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations at short notice may incur a charge.
We carry insurance for our work and take reasonable care on every job. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for loss caused by failure to follow preparation or re-entry instructions, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
